Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by GlitchLabs. By approving a proposal, statement of work, or invoice, you agree to these terms.

2. Scope of Work

Project deliverables, timelines, and milestones are defined in writing before work begins. Any request outside the approved scope may require a revised timeline and additional fees.

3. Fees and Payments

Fees are outlined in your proposal or invoice. Payments are due as per the stated schedule. Delayed payments may pause project delivery until balances are cleared.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback, approvals, access credentials, and required content. Project deadlines may shift when required inputs are delayed.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of final approved deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing. GlitchLabs retains rights to pre-existing tools, frameworks, and reusable internal components.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep non-public business, product, and technical information confidential and to use it only for project execution.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlitchLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services in dispute.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project in writing. The client remains responsible for payment for all completed work and work in progress up to the termination date.
